1. Service Description

›GovBiz.ai provides federal BD intelligence derived from public procurement data. Outputs include opportunity digests, incumbent vulnerability scores, price-to-win analysis, and capture strategy narratives.
›Intelligence outputs are analytical tools to support decision-making — they are not legal advice, contract guarantees, or assurances of any specific business outcome.

›Subscriptions are offered on monthly and annual billing cycles. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
›Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a 20% discount. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
›Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
›We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

›You may use GovBiz.ai intelligence outputs for your own BD and capture management activities.
›You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense intelligence outputs to third parties without written permission.
›You may not use automated scraping, bulk extraction, or API abuse to harvest data beyond your subscription tier.
›You may not use the platform to violate federal procurement regulations or facilitate bid rigging.

›Intelligence outputs are derived from public federal databases. GovBiz.ai makes no warranty that outputs are complete, accurate, or current at any given moment.
›Federal data sources have known limitations: FPDS has a 90-day DoD release delay; SAM.gov data may lag entity registration changes by 24–48 hours.
›CPARS performance ratings are not incorporated into any analysis. Any platform claiming to do so is misrepresenting the accessibility of CPARS data.
›You are responsible for independently verifying intelligence outputs before making capture decisions.

›The intelligence outputs GovBiz.ai generates are derived from public domain federal data. The analytical methodology, software, and presentation are proprietary to GovBiz.ai.
›You retain full ownership of any strategic documents, proposals, or capture plans you create using GovBiz.ai intelligence.

›GovBiz.ai is not liable for any lost contracts, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use of or reliance on intelligence outputs.
›Total liability for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

›You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account page or by contacting hello@govbiz.ai.
›We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violation of acceptable use terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
›Upon termination, your access to intelligence outputs ceases. Account data is deleted within 90 days per our Privacy Policy.

›These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in federal or state courts in the jurisdiction where GovBiz.ai operates.
